For higher-end automatics and chronographs, full overhauls take 2-4 weeks. Free estimate before any work begins.

WHAT WE SERVICE

Most everything that ticks.

Quartz: battery swaps and seals on most modern watches, in 10-15 minutes. Mechanical and automatic: crown, mainspring, gasket, and movement service for Swiss and Japanese brands including Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, Hamilton, Longines, Omega, and most Rolex references. Vintage: pre-1970s pieces handled with extra care — we partner with a vintage specialist for tricky movements rather than guess.

IN-HOUSE VS SPECIALIST

When we send it out — and why.

In-house (1-2 weeks): Seiko (all calibers), Citizen, Hamilton, Tissot, Longines, most Swatch Group quartz, and post-1990 ETA-based automatics. Specialist partners (4-8 weeks turnaround): Rolex (all references), Omega, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Breitling chronographs, and any vintage automatic pre-1980. We never service a higher-end piece in-house if we don't have factory-certified training for it — better to wait than to damage a $20,000 watch.

A BATTERY?

10-15 minutes for a standard quartz watch with an accessible case back. We test water resistance afterward and replace gaskets if needed. Most are done same-visit — drop in and we'll swap it while you browse.

VINTAGE AUTOMATICS?

Yes — though we partner with a specialist watchmaker for movements older than the 1980s. The work is more careful, parts harder to source, and the turnaround longer (4-8 weeks). We'll quote up-front before sending it out.

CAN YOU TEST
WATER RESISTANCE?

Yes, we test to 5 ATM in-house. Anything rated higher (dive watches, etc.) we send to a certified pressure-testing partner. After any case-back opening we always retest before returning it to you.

IS THERE A
WARRANTY ON REPAIRS?

12 months on parts and labor for any work we perform. If something we touched fails within that window, bring it back — we make it right at no charge. Pre-existing issues unrelated to our repair aren't covered.
