


What's covered, what isn't.
The Bravo Lifetime Warranty covers everything related to normal wear: prong wear, ring sizing within reason, mountings loosening, light surface scratches, free annual inspections.
It does not cover loss, theft, drops onto hard surfaces (insurance handles that — we'll point you at trusted carriers), or abuse. If something goes wrong, bring it in and we'll tell you straight what's covered and what isn't.



Two different things.
Warranty = manufacturing defects and normal wear (free, lifetime, from us). Insurance = loss, theft, accidental damage from drops, fires, mysterious disappearance (annual premium, from a third-party carrier). We strongly recommend both. Standard homeowners' insurance often caps jewelry coverage around $1,500 per item — anything more valuable should be on a separate jewelry policy.
