WARRANTY DETAILS

What's covered, what isn't.

The Bravo Lifetime Warranty covers everything related to normal wear: prong wear, ring sizing within reason, mountings loosening, light surface scratches, free annual inspections.

It does not cover loss, theft, drops onto hard surfaces (insurance handles that — we'll point you at trusted carriers), or abuse. If something goes wrong, bring it in and we'll tell you straight what's covered and what isn't.

WARRANTY VS INSURANCE

Two different things.

Warranty = manufacturing defects and normal wear (free, lifetime, from us). Insurance = loss, theft, accidental damage from drops, fires, mysterious disappearance (annual premium, from a third-party carrier). We strongly recommend both. Standard homeowners' insurance often caps jewelry coverage around $1,500 per item — anything more valuable should be on a separate jewelry policy.

CAN I BRING IT
WHILE TRAVELING?

Our warranty is a Bravo-only program — we're the workshop performing the work. We can't pre-authorize repairs at other jewelers. If you're traveling and need urgent work, get an estimate locally and we'll typically reimburse our standard repair cost when you return home with documentation.

IS DENTAL DAMAGE
COVERED?

Cracks from biting on rings or chewing teeth-side stones aren't covered by warranty (it's outside normal wear). They are usually covered by insurance. We'll inspect free and quote the repair.

IF I HAD WORK
DONE ELSEWHERE?

Once a third party touches the piece, our warranty on whatever they worked on ends — we can't vouch for repairs we didn't perform. Other parts of the piece remain covered. Always come to us first; if we can't do it (or do it fast enough), we'll authorize alternative shops.

It stays with the original purchaser, not the piece. New owners are welcome for inspection but warranty repairs would be priced as standard work. We're happy to add the new wearer to our system to receive annual reminders.
