How and when your piece arrives.

All U.S. orders ship FedEx Priority Overnight, free, insured, signature required. In-stock items ship the next business day; custom orders ship after final inspection (1-3 weeks typical).

International orders are quoted individually because customs and duties vary. Reach out before placing an international order so we can confirm full delivered cost in advance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Quoted, insured, transparent.

We ship internationally by FedEx International Priority. Typical transit: 3-5 business days plus customs clearance (1-3 days). We pre-quote shipping + estimated import duties so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Some destinations require additional documentation (gem appraisal, country-of-origin papers); we handle the paperwork on our end and let you know what to expect on yours.

Every shipment is fully insured. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by FedEx (rare — they have excellent track records on signature-required shipments), we file the claim and ship a replacement at no charge. We don't make you wait for the claim payout.

DELIVERY?

Yes — surprise proposals are a regular use case. Tell us the target delivery date and we'll either delay shipping on our end or coordinate with FedEx to hold the package at a local pickup point until you're ready.

FedEx will attempt redelivery the next business day, then hold the package at a local FedEx location for 5 business days before returning it to us. You can also redirect to a FedEx pickup location through their tracking site.
