Broken posts, worn-through butterfly backs, loose stones, snapped shepherd hooks, and damaged clip mechanisms are all repairs we handle routinely in our on-site workshop. We solder, retip prongs, replace findings, and polish the repair site so the work is invisible. If a post is worn too thin to save, we replace it in the same metal with a secure threaded or friction-fit back.
