Lost a stone? Worn-down prongs? Snapped chain? Our workshop is on-site, which means most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days — sometimes the same day for simple fixes.

We repair pieces purchased anywhere, not just from us. Bring it in for a free, no-pressure estimate. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you straight.

WHAT WE FIX

Most things, honestly.

Common repairs: ring resizing, prong retipping and rebuilding, lost or loose stones, broken chain solder, clasp replacement, earring post repair, rhodium replating of white gold, antique restoration, and pearl restringing. We also handle pieces other shops have refused — vintage hollowware, brittle filigree, mixed-metal pieces — because we have the tools and patience for it.

WHAT WE WON'T REPAIR

Honesty saves you money.

Some pieces aren't worth the repair. If a chain has broken in three places and the metal is worn thin, we'll suggest melting it for trade-in instead. If a costume piece was glued together, we'll tell you up front rather than charge for a fix that won't last. If a vintage piece is structurally beyond repair, we'll talk about replicating the design as a custom piece — or simply preserving the original as-is. We'd rather lose a repair fee than do work that disappoints six months later.

Most repairs are done in 3-5 business days. Simple fixes (battery, basic resize, chain solder) are often same-day. Complex restoration or stone-matching can take 2-3 weeks because we need to source materials. We'll give you a date in writing when you drop it off.

Yes — most of our repair work is on pieces customers bought elsewhere. We don't require you to have purchased the original from us. Just bring it in.

Yes, with care. Old metals can be brittle and old construction techniques are different from modern. We'll inspect the piece first, tell you what we recommend, and warn you about any risks (e.g. metal fatigue) before we begin.
