Made with Love
WE BUY GOLD

Honest weights, transparent prices.

We buy gold, platinum, and silver — pieces, broken jewelry, dental crowns, anything. Bring it in for a free, no-obligation evaluation: we weigh in front of you, test purity in front of you, and quote a price tied to live spot rates.

Prefer trade-in credit toward something new? Apply 100% of the buy-back value toward a custom design or in-store piece.

HOW IT WORKS

Five minutes, no pressure.

Step 1: bring everything in — broken chains, single earrings, dental crowns. Step 2: we weigh each piece on a calibrated scale you can see. Step 3: we test purity with an XRF analyzer (non-destructive). Step 4: we calculate based on the day's spot price minus a small refining margin. Step 5: cash, check, or trade-in credit on the spot. No appointment needed.

WHAT WE DON'T BUY

Honest about what is worth selling.

We don't buy gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry — the actual gold content is too thin to refine economically (you'll get more from a costume-jewelry resale shop). We don't buy stones except as part of a piece — for loose gemstones, we'll refer you to a gem dealer who can pay closer to retail. We don't buy estate pieces with significant antique value as scrap — we'll tell you if a signed piece is worth more as-is and refer you to a vintage specialist. The goal: make sure you walk out with the most money for your stuff, even if that means walking out without selling to us.

GOLD BUYINGQUESTIONS

WHAT KARATS
DO YOU BUY?

Anything from 9k through 24k gold, platinum (950 and up), and sterling silver. We also buy palladium and dental gold. We do not buy gold-plated or gold-filled pieces — the actual gold content is too low to refine economically.

DO I NEED
IDENTIFICATION?

Yes — California law requires us to record a government-issued photo ID for all metal buys, regardless of value. We hold the metal for the legally required period (usually 14 days) before processing. This protects everyone from theft fencing.

TRADE-IN OR
CASH — WHICH IS BETTER?

Trade-in always pays more. We can offer 100% of the metal's value toward a new piece (custom or stock), versus 70-85% in cash, because we save the refining cost. If you're already planning a new purchase, trade-in is usually the better deal.

CAN I SELL
INHERITED PIECES?

Yes, but consider waiting. Inherited jewelry sometimes has more value as-is (especially older signed pieces or natural untreated stones) than as scrap metal. We'll give you both prices — scrap and as-is — and let you decide.
