Every ring, pendant, and pair of earrings purchased from Bravo Jewellers comes with our Lifetime Warranty: free cleaning and inspection any time, free prong tightening, free first resize, and free stone-tightness checks for as long as you own the piece.

If damage is from normal wear (not abuse or loss), we cover the repair. Bring the piece in once a year — same day check, same day out the door.

WHAT'S COVERED

In specific terms.

Free for life: ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, rhodium replating of white gold, prong inspection and tightening, stone-tightness checks, and ring resizing (first time per piece). Free repair if damage results from normal daily wear: prong wear-through, mounting fatigue, light surface scratches that polish out. We invite all customers in once a year for an annual inspection — many problems get caught and fixed at zero cost during these visits.

ANNUAL INSPECTION DAY

30 minutes, free, every year.

When you bring a piece in for its annual inspection, here's what happens: ultrasonic clean to remove built-up oils and lotions, microscope inspection of every prong, gentle re-tightening of anything loose, rhodium replating if the white-gold shine has dulled, and a full polish to restore the surface luster. If we find a stone that's at risk, we set it on the spot at no charge. If we find a piece needs more workshop time, we'll quote it before any work and offer a loaner if it's an everyday wearer. Block off 30-45 minutes — bring it in around your purchase anniversary so it's easy to remember.

No — neither warranties nor manufacturers cover loss or theft. That's what jewelry insurance is for. We can recommend two trusted carriers (Jewelers Mutual and Lavalier) who specialize in jewelry-only policies and typically cost $1-2 per $100 of value annually.

It stays with the original purchaser, not the piece. If you give your engagement ring as an heirloom, the new wearer is welcome to bring it in for inspection — but warranty repairs would be priced as standard repair work.

WHAT IF THE STONE
FALLS OUT?

If the stone is lost due to a manufacturing defect or a setting failure that should have been caught at our annual inspection, we cover the replacement. If you missed your annual inspection or the stone is lost outside the setting wearing down, you'd be responsible for the replacement stone — but we'd reset it for free.
